Tuition will be due in 4 installments:
1st Payment --At Reg for (Reg, Sept, Costume) 2nd Payment--Oct. 1st, for (Oct., Nov., Dec.) 3rd Payment--Jan. 1st for (Apr., May, June & T-shirt |

The 2011 Annual Showcase requires all
students to purchase a costume & T-shirt |

A late charge of $15.00 per month will be charged
to all late payments exceeding 10 days! No Exceptions! |

There will be a $30.00 charge
on all returned checks. |

Refunds and credits will not be given for
missed or cancelled classes! |
|
Students may make up missed classes
in any class, level, or age group. All makeups must be made up by May 1st. |

*Students will be measured for costumes and
T-shirts between the months of Oct-Dec. It is the students responsibility to inform 100% DANCE of non-participation in the Annual Showcase and of termination of monthly classes before costumes and T-shirts are ordered in able to receive a full refund! |
